- Preserve evidence; or
- Take additional enforcement actions relating to prior conduct or ongoing legal obligations.

- Indemnification;
- Dispute resolution;
- Privacy and data handling;
- Enforcement rights; and
- Applicable legal obligations.
19.8 No Liability for Termination
To the fullest extent permitted under Applicable Laws, Peeptown shall not be liable for any losses, damages, business interruption, loss of revenue, customer loss, reputational harm, data loss, or other consequences arising from:
- Suspension or termination of Accounts or Services;

20. International Use & Compliance
The Platform may be accessed internationally, but Peeptown makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws, export controls, sanctions restrictions, licensing rules, and cross-border trade or data-transfer requirements applicable to your use of the Platform.
21. Termination & Suspension
Peeptown may suspend, restrict, delist, or terminate accounts, listings, subscriptions, integrations, or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, where Peeptown believes such action is necessary for legal compliance, risk management, security, trust and safety, business operations, or enforcement of these Terms.
Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect, including provisions concerning payments due, Content rights, Intellectual Property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Peeptown may retain or delete data in accordance with legal obligations, internal retention practices, and the Privacy Policy.
22. Communications & Electronic Notices
You consent to receive communications from Peeptown electronically, including by email, in-product notice, dashboard message, text message, push notification, or other contact method you provide, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.
Electronic notices may include account alerts, security notices, service announcements, billing notices, legal disclosures, policy updates, and marketing communications where permitted. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current.
23. Changes to Terms
Peeptown may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when posted or on the date otherwise stated in the updated notice. Where required by law, Peeptown will provide additional notice of material changes.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the affected Services.
24. General Legal Provisions
These Terms, together with incorporated policies and any applicable supplemental terms, form the entire agreement between you and Peeptown regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.
Peeptown's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its rights. You may not assign these Terms without Peeptown's prior written consent, but Peeptown may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary, franchise, or joint venture relationship between you and Peeptown. Peeptown is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
25. AI & Automated Systems
Peeptown may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated review systems, recommendation engines, automated classification, and other algorithmic tools to power moderation, descriptions, ranking, suggestions, fraud detection, customer support, and platform operations.
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-influenced output before relying on it, and Peeptown does not guarantee the accuracy or fitness of automated outputs.
26. Marketplace Neutrality
Peeptown provides marketplace and discovery functionality on a neutral platform basis. The presence, display, promotion, ranking, verification status, or availability of a listing does not constitute Peeptown's endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, certification, or guarantee of that business, product, or service.
27. Verified Profiles & Verification Badges
Peeptown may offer badges, verification labels, identity checks, business checks, or similar trust signals. Any such designation reflects only the limited scope of the verification process used at the relevant time and does not guarantee legitimacy, licensing status, service quality, continued compliance, safety, or future performance.
Peeptown may revoke verification status at any time and is not obligated to verify any particular User or business.
28. Search Rankings & Recommendations
Search results, rankings, recommendations, featured placements, category visibility, and other discovery outputs may be influenced by automated systems, relevance signals, quality indicators, user behavior, subscription status, sponsorship, paid placements, business completeness, trust signals, location data, or other factors determined by Peeptown.
Peeptown does not guarantee any listing placement, traffic level, customer lead volume, recommendation frequency, or search visibility outcome. Ranking and recommendation systems may change over time without notice.
29. Fraud, Scam & Risk Warnings
Online marketplaces can be targets for fraud, impersonation, payment abuse, phishing, fake bookings, and other deceptive conduct. Users must exercise independent judgment, verify counterparties where appropriate, use secure payment methods, and report suspicious behavior promptly.
Peeptown works to reduce abuse but cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from scams, unauthorized conduct, or bad actors.
30. Feedback & Suggestions License
If you submit ideas, feedback, enhancement requests, bug reports, feature suggestions, or other suggestions regarding the Platform, you grant Peeptown a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, commercialize, disclose, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any lawful purpose without restriction, acknowledgment, or compensation to you.
